Gulfside Resorts Lifestyle Video
Creating a social video that showcases the Indian Rocks Beach as a walk able destination.
The goal of this project was to create a targeted visual sales tool for Gulfside Resorts that could eliminate operational friction and build immediate consumer trust. We set out to design a high-performance video asset that would proactively answer prospects' most common questions, streamline the resort's booking process, and ultimately save leadership valuable administrative time. The result is a product that shattered previous analytic records and transformed passive viewers into active booking inquiries.
The best creative solves a business problem, and for this one-minute edit, the goal was immediate trust. We opened with a sweeping drone shot that physically shows the property’s proximity to the water, paired with a new brand standard: "Most hotels give you a view. We give you the Gulf."

To appeal to the "car-free" preferences of European travelers, we positioned Indian Rocks Beach as a premier, walkable destination. By combining our previous footage with new shots of the Suncoast Beach Trolley, cruiser bikes, and local spots like Kooky Coconut and Guppy's, we provided undeniable proof of the area’s accessibility.

By maximizing our existing assets and layering in targeted messaging, the video shattered records, ultimately crossing 3,000 organic views on Instagram. More importantly, the immediate engagement translated into a wave of booking inquiries, proving that a smart, resource-efficient content strategy can quickly turn views into potential check-ins.
