Go Gulf Coasting | Destination Lifestyle Photography for Visit St. Pete/Clearwater

As part of the “Go Gulf Coasting” campaign, a high-impact Airstream trailer giveaway led by Visit St. Pete/Clearwater, we were brought on to help produce and execute a dynamic visual story showcasing the laid-back luxury of Florida’s Gulf Coast. Our role spanned from pre-production through post-editing, with a focus on curating standout photography that would capture the freedom, fun, and scenic beauty of the region.

We led the full pre-production process for this campaign. Our team developed a comprehensive shoot plan that included location scouting, Google Maps pinning, street view references, and detailed filming notes for each site. We assembled a physical production binder featuring mapped visuals and written descriptions to ensure clear communication on shoot day. We also managed the film permitting process directly, submitting applications through the St. Pete/Clearwater Film Commission and securing approvals across multiple municipalities. This groundwork ensured that the creative vision could be executed smoothly, within local guidelines, and with minimal friction during production.

During production, our team led all photography efforts across a multi-location shoot designed to highlight the mobile lifestyle appeal of the Airstream Basecamp. We worked to capture a broad visual narrative—from golden-hour beach scenes and active family moments to downtown vignettes and quiet interior details.

Every shot was crafted to align with Visit St. Pete/Clearwater’s brand tone: vibrant, approachable, and editorial in feel. Post-production included extensive color work and image retouching to ensure each asset was ad-ready and versatile across digital, social, and print applications.

The photography played a central role in the campaign’s visual identity and promotional success. The images were used across Visit St. Pete/Clearwater’s digital ecosystem, including paid social ads, organic Instagram and Facebook posts, blog features, and email marketing. Visually, the content helped position the campaign with a tone that was both approachable and aspirational—emphasizing adventure, community, and the ease of Gulf Coast travel.

These assets helped generate excitement around the Airstream giveaway, and also reinforced VSPC’s brand positioning as a playful-yet-premium destination for lifestyle travelers. By pairing real-world energy with elevated visual composition, the imagery created lasting impressions that extended beyond the campaign timeline and continued to support the DMO’s broader marketing goals.

The “Go Gulf Coasting” sweepstakes resonated strongly with audiences across digital and social platforms. The official campaign video—produced by Visit St. Pete/Clearwater’s in-house creative team and informed by our pre-production planning—was viewed more than 1.5 million times on Facebook, with 14,000+ reactions, 953 comments, and over 4,300 shares, highlighting its broad reach and engagement.

The campaign’s Airstream trailer giveaway reportedly drew over 100,000 submissions, reflecting strong national interest and participation.

Our lifestyle photography was featured prominently on the sweepstakes landing page and across Visit St. Pete/Clearwater’s digital ecosstem, helping to unify the campaign’s visual identity across social, email, and blog content.

This project was deeply collaborative. Our team led pre-production efforts for both the photography and the launch video, while the final visuals were captured by Marcus Oania + James and Jules Branaman and edited by Marcus Oania. We’re proud to have supported a campaign that combined compelling storytelling with measurable impact.
